ZANZIBAR
Zanzibar which includes its sister Island, Pemba, is a tourist paradise that lies in the Indian Ocean 6 degrees south of the equator and just 20miles from the mainland.
- The different races that have settled in Zanzibar over the centuries have left their impact on the people and the architecture, including "The House of Wonders". Once the palace of the Sultan remains of Maruhubi, the Prisoners’ Island and the stone town with its narrow streets are only a few of the vivid attractions.
